What we collect, and why.

This website is run by Balaji Fruit Company, a partnership firm based in Rajasthan, India. Registered details are as per GSTIN 08ABFFB5841C1ZP.

Head office: Plot No. 170, Ratadevi Road New Abadi (Near police station), Asnawar, Rajasthan.

When you send the Request a Quote form, we store:

• your name, company, email and phone number;
• the product you chose and your message;
• the address of the page you sent the form from.

When online ordering is open, an order also stores your delivery location, notes and the packs you chose.

We do not ask for anything else, and you do not need an account.

Only to reply to your enquiry and follow up on it. We do not use it for marketing lists, and we do not sell it.

Enquiries are stored in Supabase (cloud database). Only our team can read them. We share data only with the service providers that run this website:

• Vercel, which hosts the site;
• Supabase, which stores enquiries;
• Google, only for the two optional features below.

Google Translate loads only if you choose a language other than English. Google Maps loads only if you click “Show map” on the About page.

When either loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and handles it under its own privacy policy. If you use neither, nothing on this site contacts Google.

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores only what it needs to work:

• googtrans cookie, your language choice;
• bfc-theme, your light or dark theme choice, in your browser's local storage;
• bfc-cart-v1, your cart, in local storage, only when online ordering is open.

These stay on your device. You can clear them in your browser at any time.

To stop spam, the form briefly checks your IP address to limit how often it can be sent. This is held in memory only and is not saved with your enquiry.

Enquiries and orders are kept only as long as we need them to deal with you, then deleted. Ask us and we will delete them sooner, unless the law requires us to keep them.

• Database keys stay on the server and never reach your browser.
• Every form is checked on the server before anything is saved.
• The site is served over HTTPS.
• Access to enquiries is limited to our team.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• ask what data we hold about you and how we use it;
• ask us to correct, complete or update it;
• ask us to erase it;
• raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India;
• nominate someone to act for you if you die or cannot act.

If you are in the EU or UK, you also have your rights under the GDPR, including access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
